BallyMurphy Property Holdings is a privately owned property asset management,

investment and development company.

Founded in 2006 by the current CEO Martin D. Taylor, the company has grown

and diversified its portfolio internationally. Our primary geographical scope is real

estate opportunities throughout South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Our mission ‘Is to create long term wealth using property

as the vehicle together with the leverage of time, effort and

money to give our charities and us the freedom to experience

life beyond limits’.

Investment Portfolio 

Our portfolio primarily comprises residential, development land and fractional ownership

and related real estate asset classes throughout South Africa and the United Kingdom.

Investment Strategy

The foundation of our investment strategy is the view that property investment is a

long-term commitment. We believe that our successful track record of performance

and distinct knowledge of, and competence within, prime real estate will continue to

support our investment objectives in varying market conditions and different interest

rate environments.

We are very proud of our sustainable network of relationships and Partnerships to

source and execute transactions more effectively.

We focus on the financial characteristics of properties to identify opportunities that

meet our investment needs. This entails maximising rental income and capital values

from all its properties. We seek to maximise our returns through the effective use

of financial leverage together with the internal cash flow of our portfolio. We

determine and evaluate the optimal level of leverage based upon the nature of

the underlying investments and prevailing market conditions. 

BallyMurphy Property Holdings invests for a combination of income and uplift

in net asset value. The Group has a reliable and repetitive income stream, which

forms the backbone of its activities, and is constantly seeking to work with developers,

fellow investors, estate agents and financial institutions to improve and grow its

portfolio.
